Shipping

How soon will I receive my order?
Our products are made on demand, so please consider both production and shipping times. Typically, it takes 7-10 business days to receive the order.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within the USA.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $40.

How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order is delayed, please ensure your address is correct in the confirmation email, including any apartment numbers.
If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.
After both of these steps have been completed, please reach out to our Support team. We will investigate it further and offer a free replacement if we determine that there was no error on your part.

Why was my order split into multiple shipments?
Due to packaging constraints, we may ship items separately. Rest assured, everything is shipped at once, but deliveries may arrive on different days.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can exchange unused products within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final, and refunds are only issued for defective products. 
Exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.
To speed up the resolution of the issue, please ensure that you provide the necessary photo or video evidence when contacting us:

  • If you're experiencing an issue with the quality of the print, please provide a clear photo of the received product placed on a flat surface. Ensure that the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame.
  • For issues related to print placement such as distance from the collar or being off-center, please submit a clear photo of the received product on a flat surface. Use a ruler or measuring tape to clearly show the incorrect placement.
  • If the print is in the wrong area, please take a clear photo of the product you received, folded in a way that clearly displays both sides.
  • If you received the wrong product, please provide a photo of the received product with the size tag clearly visible.
  • In case of delivery-related product damage, please provide a photo or video of the received product where the package, the printed design, and the issue are clearly visible.

Shipping Costs Responsibility:
When returning an item, you are responsible for covering the associated shipping costs. Please note that these costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is deemed defective.

Refund Considerations:
In the event of a refund being issued, the amount refunded will be subject to a deduction of the return shipping costs. This policy ensures fair handling of returns while maintaining clarity and transparency for our customers.

How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. Simply mention your exchange preference when initiating the return

Do you have a warranty on your cases?
Of course! All of our cases come with a one-year warranty. Note that normal wear and tear are not covered by our product warranty.

Where are your products made?
Our products are proudly printed in the USA.

Do you have physical stores?
We currently don't have any physical stores.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards and support PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Google Pay.

Why haven't I received my confirmation email?
Check your spam folder first, but if you still can't find it, reach out to us, and we'll assist you promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only change or cancel orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

How do I clean my phone case?
Simply wipe your case with a damp cloth to keep it clean.
